    Domestic USA customers

    Returns/Exchanges are FREE!! that means if you don't like your hat for any reason, we pay to send it back. See below to process returns.


    If you receive your hat and you do not like it for any reason, you can return it and or swap it for another within 30 days to our address below. (Please note, you will not be refunded for the original shipping cost if you return the hat)


    We have two options of handling the Return/Exchange.

    #1 We can e mail you a return shipping label. When the original hat arrives back to us, we will credit your card the cost of the hat. Then we submit a new order for the hats you have requested (if an exchange) We will bill your card for these new items plus shipping.

    #2 We can submit a new order for the requested items and charge your card for the order. We will place a return tag in the box with the order for you to return the original hat. Once we receive the original hat back we will credit your card back for the cost of the hat.

    (#2 is faster if you are wanting an exchange)

    Please return in the same box. Please note the hat must be in new condition, with all original tags. (no sweaty heads!)

    To process a domestic return:

    Please contact returns@adventurehat.com and provide the following information.

    #1) Your name and Phone number
    #2) Order number on original packing slip.
    #2) Address you would like the hat picked up.
    #3) Reason for return (in some cases we may be able to fix the problem before you send it back)
    #4) Do you need a different size or different hat?
    #5) Copy and paste option #1 or option #2 so we know how you want the Exchange/Return processed.

    That's it, you should receive an e mailed return slip within 24 hrs once you request it. All you have to do is print it out and tape it securely to the original box covering your address label, and give it to your post person.
    Once we receive the hat back, we will credit your account or send you a new hat depending on your instructions.

    Please allow at least 7-12 days for us to credit your card if this is just a return and you do not want an exchange.

    If your hat was damaged in shipping:
    If you receive your hat and the box is crushed and the hat is damaged,  please contact us immediately. Have no fear, we will get you a replacement hat out ASAP but we need to hear from you first.

    If you do return the hat for any reason within the 30 DAYS time frame and you do not want to exchange the hat for another, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the hat.
