How do I find the right size?
Once you select the hat you want, please see the bold information below the hat description letting you know which size chart to use.
Please hit "FIND YOUR HAT SIZE" button on the top control panel. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will help you select your correct size.
What happens if I receive my hat and it is not the one I ordered?
Please contact us and we will send you the correct hat immediately. We will also arrange to have the incorrect hat picked up. Please note you will not be charged any shippping costs.
What do I do if my hat arrived damaged?
Please contact us, we will send you out a new hat immediately and arrange to pick up the damaged hat. You will not pay shipping.
How do i change or cancel my order?
If you want to change your order: Please contact us at sales@adventurehat.com, we will send you the hat you want and arrange to pick up the original hat. You will not be charged shipping
If you want to cancel your order: Please contact us immediately, if your hat has already been mailed we will arrange to pick it up. Your credit card will be refunded in full. You will not pay shipping.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you order and request next day delivery, we can get it out that same day if it was ordered before 2pm eastern time, otherwise it will ship the next day. Please call us if you have any questions or wish to request a same day shipment.
Sales tax?
6% sales tax is charged only for those customers in Florida.
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
In the check out process you will see "redeem my gift certificate". Just type in your gift code to redeem.
